This week, Rose Marketing Solutions is excited to share the story of Rented.com. We interviewed their pioneering and innovative CEO, Andrew McConnell. 

Rented.com is the world’s leading provider of full-service revenue management systems for professional vacation rental managers.

As quickly as Andrew’s original idea for property managers was created, it changed, and changed again. His business model includes flexibility to shift to the customer’s, and the market’s, demand.  He started trading futures for vacation rental weeks, which grew exponentially, but eventually found a small demand for the product. The next phase of the company included raising a fund to guarantee the owner’s rental rates to provide owners a steady stream of return and booking renters at the market rate.

As the market became oversaturated with that product, Rented.com realized they had built a revenue management system they could provide property managers.
