Ruth Ann has a strong history in outside sales, and her expertise lies in executing hyperlocal marketing plans. She enjoys working with business owners to create, employ, and measure ROI for marketing strategies. However, even with the earnest desire to produce effective marketing, most small business owners lack the time to educate themselves on local store and optimized Internet marketing. And that’s where she shines.
Rashad Pitts

Experienced youth mentor turned savvy digital marketer. With this foundational background, you can count on Rashad to truly have your best interest at heart. He is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He has always been adamant in exploring how to help others reach their full potential and exceed their goals. This mentality, paired with his B2C ad experience across platforms ensures that your digital advertising needs will be handled with care.
Gwendolyn Guarino

Gwendolyn brings 12+ years of successful digital advertising experience with Lead Gen clients on the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Platforms. She is an innovative strategist and outstanding problem solver with a history of lucrative campaign accomplishments as a sought-after consultant, now bringing her digital ads obsession to Rose Marketing Solutions. Here, she has built an extraordinary track record of digital ads performance for our clients and gets most excited when she can coach and educate. Gwen has a love of learning and the sign above her desk reads: “If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.”

Madison manages client account operations, maintains our clients’ online presence on a variety of platforms, and facilitates positive client communication. A McKinney, TX native, Madison enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Leo, and her two dogs, Ruby and Bonnie. The sign on her desk reads: “I work hard so my dogs can have better lives,” and it’s true!

Her passion for color-coordinated calendars and a background in communications help her thrive in her role as the Administrative Coordinator for Rose Marketing Solutions! Helping others is what brings Haley joy, and she will tell anyone who will listen that she truly loves her job! Haley loves to spend time with her husband, Daniel, and their two beautiful children. She has a passion for preparing out-of-this-world meals, making people laugh, and helping make the world a little more kind.

Kiana graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from UMass Amherst. Since completing her degree, she has gained experience working on both paid and organic social media campaigns with various agencies and nonprofits. She has loved utilizing her knowledge and skill of creating Meta Advertising campaigns to help clients grow and achieve their goals. She believes in maintaining a sense of joy and creativity in her work, knowing that this will always lead to the right solution in any project.

With 15+ years of account service logistics and analysis, Ingrid has spent most of her career focused on financials and billing, and she now uses that experience to make our Digital Ads client dollars get the highest return possible. With strong trouble-shooting skills she is a major asset in our Ads department. She is careful, methodical, and thoughtful with deep research and optimizations, leveraging up-to-the minute ad industry knowledge. She has a passion for her Great Pyrenees Roman, creating beautiful stained-glass art, and skydiving.
Benjamin Lively
VIDEOGRAPHER + CONTENT SPECIALIST
Benjamin Lively has more than ten years of experience with cinematography, with projects ranging from commercial and corporate shoots to a SXSW-qualifying short film. His work makes use of cinema cameras and an advanced knowledge of cutting-edge editing softwares to curate beautiful, engaging content for you and your customers to enjoy for years to come.

Marcus is our creative assistant and a student at the University of North Texas. With several years of experience in graphic design, Marcus joined the RMS team in 2022.
