With over 25 years of experience (yes, since the days when flip phones were all the rage), Ruth Ann is here to give business owners something elusive: peace of mind. Her fiery redhead determination certainly contributes to the average client relationship being over 8 years, which in marketing years is basically a lifetime! Creative Director

A proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2020, Lillian has seen Rose Marketing Solutions grow from day one as Ruth Ann’s youngest daughter. She now serves as Creative Director, working with her team to craft brand designs, videos, and web projects that celebrate each client’s unique story through strategic, meaningful experiences. A passionate creator both in and out of the office, she spends her free time sewing, quilting, and exploring her latest hobby du jour. At home, she enjoys life with her husband Ben—our talented videographer and her favorite collaborator—and their beautiful, crazy dog Kodak.

Madison Luna

Director of Operations

A valued member of the RMS team since 2020, Madison holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M and a Master’s in Marketing Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. She oversees client account operations, ensuring seamless management and execution of our services across various platforms and departments. She also plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving effective communication. Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending family time with her husband, her son, and their two treasured dogs.

Account Manager

Kiana graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from UMass Amherst. Since completing her degree, she has gained experience working on both paid and organic social media campaigns with various agencies and nonprofits. She enjoys utilizing her knowledge and skill of creating Meta Advertising campaigns to help clients grow and achieve their goals. With 15+ years of account service logistics and analysis, Ingrid has spent most of her career focused on financials and billing, and she now uses that experience to make our Digital Ads client dollars get the highest return possible. With strong trouble-shooting skills she is a major asset in our Ads department. She is careful, methodical, and thoughtful with deep research and optimizations, leveraging up-to-the minute ad industry knowledge. She has a passion for her Great Pyrenees Roman, creating beautiful stained-glass art, and skydiving.
