Ruth Ann has a strong history in outside sales, and her expertise lies in executing hyperlocal marketing plans. She enjoys working with business owners to create, employ, and measure ROI for marketing strategies. However, even with the earnest desire to produce effective marketing, most small business owners lack the time to educate themselves on local store and optimized Internet marketing. And that’s where she shines.

COO
Leah is THE queen of organization and efficiency. With her organizational brilliance (and her beloved spreadsheets) she builds and maintains systems + processes so the team runs like a well-oiled machine. Leah’s superb structures ensure our team can do their jobs so that our clients get top-notch service. Aside from holding numerous digital marketing certifications and a BA in Technical Journalism, Leah is a lifelong learner and participates in executive coaching, online training courses, and professional masterminds.
Rashad Pitts
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL ADVERTISING
Experienced youth mentor turned savvy digital marketer. With this foundational background, you can count on Rashad to truly have your best interest at heart. He is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He has always been adamant in exploring how to help others reach their full potential and exceed their goals. This mentality, paired with his B2C ad experience across platforms ensures that your digital advertising needs will be handled with care.

Gwendolyn brings a dynamic digital advertising background with B2B and B2C clients on the Google, Bing, and Facebook Ad Platforms. She is an innovative strategist and successful problem solver with a history of campaign accomplishments as a consultant, now bringing her digital ads obsession to Rose Marketing Solutions.

A Texas A&M grad who studied Business, French, and New Media Art, Lillian is a versatile creative with a background in design, video, and branding. Motivated by meaning and authenticity, she strives to create an empowering environment that celebrates the unique stories of each client. As Creative Lead, Lillian heads all graphic design and social media content creation for Rose Marketing Solutions.
Madison Luna
MARKETING MANAGER
Madison graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree in Marketing Management from UT Dallas. Madison manages client account operations, maintains our clients’ online presence on a variety of platforms, and facilitates positive client communication. A McKinney, TX native, Madison enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Leo, and her two dogs, Ruby and Bonnie. The sign on her desk reads: “I work hard so my dogs can have better lives,” and it’s true!

Paige is the executive assistant to Ruth Ann Rose, owner and founder of Rose Marketing Solutions. She holds five-plus years of administrative experience and is working towards her Marketing degree at Dallas College. Being an executive assistant calls for being a fast learner, tackling challenging tasks, and going above and beyond and she prides herself on doing this plus more.
Haley Grimm
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
With 5 years of experience as an admin, and a mom of 2, Haley excels at making sure everyone is on task, organized, and scheduled to perfection. Her passion for color-coordinated calendars and a background in communications help her thrive in her role as the executive assistant to our director of digital advertising, Rashad Pitts. Helping others is what brings Haley joy and she will tell anyone who will listen that she truly loves her job! Haley loves to spend time with her husband Daniel, and their two beautiful children. She has a passion for preparing out-of-this-world meals, making people laugh, and being slightly too competitive at game night.

DIGITAL ADS ANALYST
With 15+ years of account service logistics and analysis Ingrid has spent most of her career focused on financials and billing, and she now uses that experience to make our Digital Ads client dollars get the highest return possible. With strong trouble-shooting skills she is a major asset in our Ads department. She is careful, methodical, and thoughtful with deep research and optimizations, leveraging up-to-the minute ad industry knowledge. She has a passion for her Great Pyrenees Roman, creating beautiful stained-glass art, and skydiving.
